As the interior walls are framed and the house takes on real shape, the “rough-in” stage begins. Our sub-contractors involved with electrical, plumbing, ventilation and heating will do their primary installations at this time. You will be invited to the site for a walkthrough to determine that all of the rough-ins are as you expect them to be.
Please Note: Additional features including security systems, central vac and any data or sound cables can be discussed and installed during this phase.
Final decisions regarding the cabinets (design & color) and flooring should be made at this time. Also, paint colors and light fixture will need to be determined during this phase.
Keep in mind that our in house team has a bounty of samples for you to view and choose from. For all interior design choices, our staff is always on hand to shop with you to ensure that you get the best products for your home
