This stage provides your house with the concrete foundation and framed construction to support the structure. The house design you choose will determine the foundation type and when construction begins, a footer foundation will be poured, followed by a poured wall or a cement slab (over gravel). The skeleton of the home is built on the foundation as per your construction plans.
Some decisions that you will need to make during this stage will be for siding color, roof shingles, (style and color), and windows and doors (style & design) Other preliminary decisions to think about during the early part of construction involve cabinet design, flooring choices, plumbing fixtures, etc. It is our pleasure to lend an experienced helping hand with all of these important decisions.
