Step 5 - Final Walkthrough
Prior to your closing date, a representative from our team will join you for a final walkthrough of your home. Here we will document any items that may be unfinished or that require last minute touch ups. Our representative will make the necessary arrangements to have any outstanding work completed before you take possession.
Upon discussion with our financial department, signing of any change orders, and transfer of funds, you will be the proud owner of your new home!
